    Hi,

Working out in the IFSC and wanted to know if anyone knows of any supplement shops on this side of the city?

    Cheers,
    Gary.

Better off buying online. Far cheaper/better value.

There's a gym in the basement of the Spencer Hotel. I think they have some supplements available but cant imagine the selection or prices are any good.

Thanks for the replies. Normally buy online but can't wait and was just looking at getting some pre workout. I'll give the Spencer Hotel a shot. Thanks for the help!

There's also a 'Fresh' supermarket beside the college that has protein bars and all that. They might have powder too.

It's a feckin rip off though

there is quite a big one in the ILAC center, opposite TK MAXX, but dont know its name, but a good selection of stuff, probably one of the biggest suppliment shops in Dublin that i know of, and have a "good" selection of everything.
