Hopefully here someone can help. I want to notify revenue that I am ceasing trading as a sole trader. Just wondering what forms to submit..is it TRCN1 form or the RBN3 form, or both? Also are there any other processes or steps that I have to do?
    Thanks in advance

If you have ROS you can deregister with the click of a button.

To deregister from Revenue you just need to fill in and return the TRCN1 form.

Revenue may follow up if, for example, you reclaimed VAT in recent returns.

The RBN3 form relates to the CRO.
