Still installing speed bumps

    Just looking around clontarf and Raheny in the last couple of weeks I see speed bumps being resurfaced and also new ones being installed.

    surely they should be actually repairing the roads first , that have been neglected over the last seven years.

    Does installing speed bumps come out of a different budget than road repair.

    I think things haven't changed in Ireland. planning is something the councils still haven't got the hang of.More tax payers money down the sh.. hole

    I don't know why they call them "speed" bumps - I mean if anything, they actually slow you down!

    On some roads there is no need to install any speed bumps, the remainder of the surface is so bad that there is no speeding!

    This seems to be coming out of the general roads budget in Dublin.
