Lately I noticed my joints are making a clicking sound whenever i do weights, for instance if i am lifting over my head both my shoulders crack each time i lift and also my hips click a lot if i do front kicks, while its not painful I am wondering if anyone else has the same problem and if it needs doctors advise or supplements, cheers

Can you do many of these?

If you can, you're possibly hypermobile to some extent and one of the effects of hypermobility is cracking/popping joints. Fairly harmless on its own. Can be part of a wider syndrome called Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome, which is a bit less harmless and would warrant following up with a doctor if other symptoms are present.

I can crack/click my toes, ankles, knees (in two ways), hips, lower back and upper back, neck (on both sides), elbows, wrists and all my knuckles.

I've never had any pain from them. I'm hoping that it's not serious. I have tried to cut down but it's a habit.

Cant do any of those exercises above, Im as stiff as a board its just when im doing front kicks both my hips keep clicking with a hollow kinda sound and now lately if im doing weights such as military press both my shoulders are making the same sound, its not painful just annoying/embarrasing

I looked into this before because one of my hips has a habit of making a little click every time I use it at a certain angle. Apparently clicking with no pain is generally considered harmless.

Me too. Jaw, knee and occasionally shoulder. I found fish oil capsules helped. Start with the strongest dose and work down.

I cannot post the link directly as I am a " new user" but if you go to Wimp.com and search "cracknuckles" there is a very interesting short video which you may find interesting.
Could anyone who is an " old user" find it and post, maybe?
