It's been a long time since I saw chicken fillets with skin on. Just ask for chicken fillets

It's generally only chicken legs, wings and thighs that will have the skin on.

You can get chicken fillets both ways but in most butchers they are skinless

Chicken breasts come both ways but I've only ever seen Chicken breast fillets refering to skinless.

You ever tried to butcher your own chicken?

Hard work, I wish they had my chicken boobs in stock

I sometimes get a full chicken and just cut the breasts off it, and sometimes freeze them. Then roast the rest. The fillets are often a lot bigger and so a pretty good price.

Evidently Chickentown likes the song more than the chicken ;)
