    Hi All,

I got my food intolerance results yesterday and am looking at a dairy, wheat and yeast free diet for 3 months.

I am fine with gluten. Is gluten free bread allowed or does that contain yeast? I will take some time and go to the supermarket and read the labels but I know that many people have had to do this also and I guess I'm just looking for some pointers.

    Any tips welcome.
    Thanks.

Where did you get the test done?

It's the Fitzwilliam clinic food test, done with Boots Pharmacy

Hi Tilly, some gluten free breads do contain yeast so you're better off checking labels before you buy.
