Electric shock from fence

    Hi,
Well basically I was climbing over 2 strands of wire in a field to get up on a ditch to watch a rally.

Anyhow I got caught in the wire and fell back after getting a couple shocks into a puddle of water where I got a few more more severe shocks to my right leg.
Now around my knee cap is throbbing with pain with any movement. It has also swelled up a bit and what looks to be a small scar has appeared.
Any advice on how to heal this before I go to the doctors? Thanks

Swelling could be as a result from the fall, nothing to do with the fence. Best go see a doctor regardless.

Had no real fall, I landed in a puddle in a soft field . During the shock I could swear I felt something moving/muscles etc so I dunno. Thanks anyway

I'd go to a doctor. Not a load of random posters on the interweb.

Its normal for a muscle or two to be sore after a shock, especially in water.
As for the scar, its probably where the shock entered or exited your body, it'll probably be a blister.

You'll not suffer any lasting harm as the current is very small. Have gotten many a shock from them as a kid messing around with friends daring each other to hold on as long as we could.
