Gym in Swords

Anyone know of decent gym in the general swords area

Energie in Applewood is closest to me. Has pool and is your regular run of the mill gym. Have never used one of the instructors so can't comment on that side of the business.

Biggest one that I've been in is ALSAA by the airport, pool is at a separate location.

I believe there is a smaller weights orientated gym in the village so hopefuly someone might give you information on that.

Maybe if you were to put your personal requirements as in weights, treadmills, trainer or swimming pool might help the recommendations.

Flyefit in Airside is pretty great too at €29 a month.

Flyefit's a decent gym - two floors of equipment, classes for free if you want them.

No alsaa or energies have

Also Roganstown Hotel has a pool & is only a 5 minute drive from Swords.

Pool is smaller than Energie Fitness though & that's only a 20 metre pool.
