Hi, found an old thread on this but is not up to date. Looking for early morning yoga in cork, preferable in the city, at Around 6.30/7 ish? Also I have never ever done yoga and have terrible flexibility(I.e. Hard to put on shirt or jacket ) so if anybody could recommend a place highly, it would be appreciated. Maybe it…
