    Third time in as many weeks I have woke up gf by screaming/shouting in my dreams. I normally wake up too, and can relate to her the dreams. Just a bit unpleasant all round :(

    Ha no I ain't been on the warpath recently.

    Nope no booze, well the odd glass of wine. It's stress related I think, been busy with my PhD recently and not not spending enough time unwinding, going to bed a ball of worry. Probably an indication I should be a little bit more mindful I guess.
