    I would assume they are SNR free bets (Stake Not Returned), in which case you should put them on longer odds bets e.g. 8/1 or 10/1 but not on shorter odds e.g. evens as your expectancy is very poor then due to it being SNR.

    You could arb them and expect to get about 8euro profit from each of the 10euro free bets, so 24euro in total.
