System for invoicing and receipts

    Hi,
    Can anyone recommend a straight forward and preferably free :-) system for issuing invoices and receipts for a small family run business?? All being done manually at the moment and can be messy..... Any suggestions great appreciated!

    Hi,

    You could try Sage One accounts. They have a 30 day trial, after that it is €12 a month.

    Or you could talk to your existing accountant/ bookkeeper and see what they would recommend?

    There is always an inherent danger in looking for a free solution to anything and it depends on what you want to get as opposed to what you need.

    You could try taking a look at bullethq.com, free accounting software with some addons for a reasonable fee.

    There are many apps on the app stores that have free version with very limited use but the may be sufficent for a family business.
