So I had cause to book a hotel for 3 nights, 2 rooms. I had an issue with the way they billed (Big international chain hotel). @total former - leave the moderating to the mods. If we have left the thread open, it's because we feel it has some merit.

However, I'm tired of deleting off-topic and borderline abusive posts in this thread. Today has not been a good showcase for the CI forum.
