    Didn't see a thread.

Ospreys: 15 Dan Evans, 14 Tom Grabham, 13 Jonathan Spratt, 12 Josh Matavesi, 11 Hanno Dirksen, 10 Sam Davies, 9 Tom Habberfield; 1 Ryan Bevington, 2 Scott Otten, 3 Aaron Jarvis, 4 Lloyd Peers, 5 Tyler Ardron, 6 James King, 7 Justin Tipuric (c), 8 Dan Baker.

Replacements: 16 Matthew Dwyer, 17 Nicky Smith, 18 Dmitri Arhip, 19 Rory Thornton, 20 Olly Cracknell, 21 Morgan Allen, 22 Martin Roberts, 23 Ben John.

    Munster: 15 JJ Hanrahan, 14 Felix Jones, 13 Keith Earls, 12 Denis Hurley (c), 11 Ronan O'Mahony, 10 Ian Keatley, 9 Duncan Williams; 1 Dave Kilcoyne, 2 Eusebio Guinazu, 3 BJ Botha, 4 Donncha O'Callaghan, 5 Billy Holland, 6 Dave O'Callaghan, 7 Sean Dougall, 8 CJ Stander.

Replacements: 16 Kevin O'Byrne, 17 John Ryan, 18 Stephen Archer, 19 Donnacha Ryan, 20 Jack O'Donoghue, 21 Neil Cronin, 22 Andrew Smith, 23 Andrew Conway.

Big game for both teams but probably a must win for the Ospreys. They could loose touch with top 4 with a loss.
Hope we play to a similar level to last week against Glasgow. Earls to have another stormer.

It's a "must-win" for Ospreys, but if we want to finish in the top 2, I think we need to win this as well. It will be difficult, because no one has beaten Ospreys in Wales in the league this season but we are finding form.

The return of Earls has been huge.

Great start by the Ospreys, some excellent ruck play.

Nice restart from Keatley, almost messed it up, but gained a lot of yards.

    We're playing well. Nice passing.

    Lovely take from Jones there!

Nice line by Botha but then tried the offload when Keatley wasn't expecting it. Good stuff so far.

Seems to be our forwards who are managing to find the big gaps.

Brilliant take from Jones, shame the attack died afterwards.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 13,264 ✭✭✭✭Fireball07

First scrum ends in a penalty for Ospreys :/

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 14,150 ✭✭✭✭LuckyGent88

Terrible penalty to give away by Botha.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 13,264 ✭✭✭✭Fireball07

Botha's given away a couple of penalties and caused a knock-on already.

Who did Ben John come on for? It means Roberts (replacement 9) is their only back on the bench.

The knock on was a forward pass anyway

Great play to get out of the 22 twice.

That ole ole ole song coming over the PA is the most hilariously pathetic attempt at creating atmosphere i have ever seen

ole ole ole.... "ospreys" "ospreys" must have been the stupidest thing I have ever heard over a PA

Beat me to it. Its actually embarrassing

Earls is just very good at this game. Ospreys defence very good, and the breakdown work is decent. Will be hard to score against.

It's even worse when it's played to an echo.

    What was that for?

Dan Evans- possibly a blood sub though?

I was talking about the one where he threw it off Keatley who was attempting to join the ruck.

6-0 down, that was poor to lose ground so easily.

    What was that for?

The ball couldn't have been further out of that ruck...

    Deliberate??

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 967 ✭✭✭Anatidaephobia

    Hmmm.

Deliberate knockon. Should be a yellow.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 13,264 ✭✭✭✭Fireball07

Lucky lucky Dirksen, we were in for a try there. Don't think he could have caught that realistically.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 37,978 ✭✭✭✭irishbucsfan

Big miss by the ref there, especially in that position.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 45,433 ✭✭✭✭thomond2006

Ah that should be a card.

Guinazu has been brilliant in the loose, his hands have been excellent.

  • Closed Accounts Posts: 4,668 ✭✭✭Mahatma Geansai

    Calls going against us.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 13,264 ✭✭✭✭Fireball07

And now a free-kick, ffs. Surely the captain should be having a word with the ref over that?

And we turnover the ball at the scrum, ****ing hell

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 17,300 ✭✭✭✭razorblunt

Munster simply have to make a big deal of that deliberate knock on.

Went from a being a def yellow card to giving the pen away
It's going to be one of those days

    Potential penalty try and yellow?

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 14,150 ✭✭✭✭LuckyGent88

Lots of silly errors from us so far.

Should have been. Ref has cost us a 10 point swing with incorrect calls so far.

We're making more ground now though, as long as we don't panic, we are making holes. Just a bit too elaborate that time. For a while, I'd just punch a few holes with the big lads- Stander, DOC2.0, Hurley, Killer, Guinazu.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 967 ✭✭✭Anatidaephobia

Why is it always Botha running onto the ball off setpiece? Get Stander out there.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 967 ✭✭✭Anatidaephobia

    Christ, Duncan.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 17,300 ✭✭✭✭razorblunt

Give that man a new contract ...

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 45,433 ✭✭✭✭thomond2006

Ah DW that was slow ball, what were you trying to do?!

Now we're getting a warning from the ref for Williams going for a ball which looked to be out of the ruck. Interestingly, it occurred after we got no return from disintegrating their scrum.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 14,150 ✭✭✭✭LuckyGent88

    Ahh ffs.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 967 ✭✭✭Anatidaephobia

    Christ.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 13,264 ✭✭✭✭Fireball07

    A yellow for us, ffs.

That take from ROM (I think) was incredibly good.

This is awful now though, we were about to score a try, now we're down to 14.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 17,300 ✭✭✭✭razorblunt

That is pathetic, completely unprofessional stuff.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 45,433 ✭✭✭✭thomond2006

    Nightmare stuff so far.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 13,264 ✭✭✭✭Fireball07

He should never have taken the risk. The ball was slow.

  • Lovely delayed & lofted pass there. :(

Lovely hands from a backrow forward to hold that pass though.
