So I bought the heat rate monitor in Lidl and it comes with a list of sugested apps.
Compatible apps include: Runtastic Pro, Endomondo, Adidas MiCoach,
Runkeeper, Strava, 60beat, Wahoo Utility ETC.
I will be mostly just walking (think couch to 5k) at first.
Would love to know which people use and recommend.
    Thanks in advance.

I use Endomondo, mainly because it has a range of exercises it covers.

do you know how to use it. i got one and it's sitting away because i found the instructions too complicated. Find your 100% heart rate then work to 70% of that. something like that anyway.
    No idea what it means
