    Hi.im just wondering if anyone has done a course with the international career institute?I'm interested in their medical secretary course but can't seem to find any info on them other than what's on their website.Are they actually recognised or will I just be throwing my money away?!.Ive looked into pitman it's very expensive to do it with them but if they are more recognised obviously that would be the more intelligent option.If anyone could help I'd really appreciate it any input would be great!thanks
