    Hey folks.

Unfortunately because of cholesterol issue I need to change my life a little bit. Im not someone that will go to a gym or running on the road, Its not in my nature and im just to busy.

I want gym equipment that will help my cardio and loose weight. Another factor is something I relief pressure on. Work is really doing my head in. I just want to hop on the machine and just let it all todays pressure go.

I was initially thinking of a rowing machine but with me being 6ft 4. Getting a machine that size could be hard and id be worried if I have bad form I could do damage to my back (my back is perfect, no issues)

Now im thinking of a treadmill namely http://www.elverys.ie/Product/proform-530-zlt-treadmill/227866/0000000176

I like to to do 30 mins a day or try at least

(id still like a rowing machine for some reason)

Can anyone share some advice please?
