problem with s3

25-02-2015 10:03PM#1I bought my s3 from cex online and I have it about 2 weeks now but ive noticed 2 things that's weird about it .
when im on the internet on my phone whether its wifi or my data I keep getting a notice 'unfortunately internet has stopped' and it kicks back to google search? its happening a good bit, any ideas whats causing this?
the other thing I just noticed today. I was taking pictures with my phone and noticed that the flash was off so I turned it on and when I took the picture with the flash on my phone turned off and wouldn't turn back on until I took out the battery , and same thing happened when I tried taking the picture again with the flash on
in fact it happened 5 times until I turned flash off. I find that weird tbh any ideas ?

Very likely a hardware problem, best off to return it and ask for another before the warranty period runs out.0
