I've been getting bored lately and I could do with changing things up a bit in terms of my main lifts. At the same time I only want to use lifts that have good carryover to the big 3.
What I'm wondering is what effect training sumo has had on regular Deadlifting and on Squatting?

Not sure if relevant, but I did some sumo wrestling last year, and there was virtually zero carry over to my regular wrestling.
