Dangers of low sugar?

So people love to demonise high sugar all day long but what are the drawbacks of not having enough sugar? My sugar count is usually in the single digits these days especially on low carb days.

I'm not sure there is a legitimate drawback. Considering that any starches will be broken down into simple sugars anyway.
