    Please Help

    Some time ago i purchased some window app store gift card to use with my desktop computer.
    I have not used this account for some time now when i try to purchase apps it asks me for my credit card details and tells me i have 0 on my windows account. MICOROSOFT say that i can only purchase apps though my windows phone. This seems very unfair as i redeemed the credit using my computer long before i had windows phone HELP
