Navicat is awesome.

I've been using PHPMyAdmin on multiple servers for the last 4/5 years and got used to it quite well, but for ease of use, I'd recommend Navicat. I randomly installed it on one of my servers a few weeks ago, and while I haven't had the chance to play around with it too much, it definitely seems very user-friendly.

Supports MariaDB too which is how I came across it.
Otherwise use MySQL Workbench, has an admin interface.
