Not seeing gains (weight training)

I'm training 4-5 days a week for the past 4 months and I am progressively lifting heavier weights but I seem to have plateaued as far as mass is concerned? The first 3 months I lost 3 stone/turned it into muscle and saw massive change but it all stopped after that.

My meals consist of mostly protein with little carbs and I drink 4 liters of water per day (at least. maybe too much?) always have a protein shake after working out if I feel I've hit the weights hard enough.

Should I continue my routine or change to something else? I'm new to all this so any help would be helpful.

*edit I want to add muscle mass and not lose any more weight.. I'm broad and don't want to lose it etc... hope I'm making sense

If you're eating high protein and low fat / carb you'll have nothing to grow with.

Chances are protein you're eating is going towards fulfilling minimum energy needs.

    Bump up carbohydrate intake.

Aim for bodyweight in lbs x16 as a rough amount of daily calories. Eg @ 90kg, that's 200lb, so you need approx. 3,200kcal to grow. As a starting point.

you may need to adjust up if not seeing gains.

Split your macros 30% protein, 40% carbs and 30% fat.

    Thanks for the replies.

I'll up my calories and see how it goes.
