Yes it's Skopje and its the Mustafa Pasha Mosque located above the Old Bazaar.
Curious as well on how you got it, was it the Yield sign?

I was searching the Yield sign but Macedonia wasn't one of the countries I found listed for it. I can direct you to a lot of Mosque's in Finland now though.

I'm so annoyed I didn't get this one because I've been wandering around Skopje on Google Maps for a whole now trying to find a good location to use in the future. This place must be on the one street I never went down.

Ok. On the level, yes it was the yield sign and having already offered Sarajevo in Bosnia the most likely alternative on the European list was Macedonia. I chanced my arm on the capital.
