    I was saying Michelin Man because the picture looks like eastern Canada and the headquarters of Michelin North America are in Nova Scotia, but at a quick glance I ruled out Halifax or the smaller towns closer to Michelin. Also I don't think it is Montpelier Vermont or Bangor Maine.

    If it's in Quebec, I can't place it, looks too small a city to be Montreal or Quebec City and the other places I checked don't seem to have hills near their downtown streets.

    Stumped for now.
