    Hey there,

After much research ive concluded that A) I've been thought wrong about weights all my life and Id rather be doing squats/deadlifts/presses etc and B) RAW is the best gym for this.

Is Raw the type of place where a weakling like me could be around? Or is everyone a pro? Would i feel intimidated? What are the personal trainers like?

I'm not a total newbie but in my current gym is not really suiting what I want to do

OP, I had all those same fears but joining Raw is one of the best decisions I've made.

That depends on what you find intimidating
What are the personal trainers like?

Op did you join raw? How did you get on.

I've lead a very unhealthy lifestyle for years and for the last year or so have wanted to do something about it, but it's easier to sit on the couch each evening then get up of my arse and do something about it. So as another birthday looms closer I want to try and change my ways before it's to late.

What's the gym like around 10.00 each morning.

Any feedback greatly appreciate about raw or starting out in generally.

    Cf
