Mayo Archery Club are based in Ballina. Give Harry a shout and he should be able to sort you out.

Quick question. Will all limbs fit all handles on a recurve bow?

Well, there's ILF (International Limb Fittings), which is as close to a standard as there is. Most risers support this, and if you have this type of riser then there is a good choice of limbs from various manufacturers.

At the low end, limbs can be proprietary to the riser. And at the high end, Hoyt in particular have introduced the "Formula" range that isn't compatible with anything else.
