    Hi all,
playing ball on monday I twisted my lower back and could barely walk so spent the rest of the game standing in goal. Went home and soaked in a hot bath with bath salts etc… on tuesday I start taking ibuprofen and using a spray called 'biofreeze'. Two days later and it still has me struggling. Im thinking its time to visit a physiotherapist or even a chiropractor. Im in clonee so anywhere in D15 would be accessible.
any advice would be welcomed.. should i go to doctor instead?
    cheers

don't be mad mate. give it at least two weeks of taking it easy.
Sure if you're strained etc, pulling at it wont help. see if it's healing on its own.

as my mate says, lads are mad, they expect everything to heal in hours/days. just relax and maybe try gentle stretches etc.
