    I agree she's not a psychopath, but to be fair to the OP could she really be fit for work? After all we are hearing regularly that teaching is a stressful job. How could you do it if you weren't eating correctly. Surely she would not be able to give the job 100%?

    I'm sure her head teacher is aware of her problems and would be monitoring her. If she wasn't up to the job I'm sure she would be given the push. And it's incredible what a person with this condition can do despite their low weight and low calorie intake.
