    looking for a couple of guys/girls to train with in the evenings around 7pm or later.
    I have some great programmes for month on month but they are heavy weight training/high intensity I'm around 95kg now looking to be strong and fit max bench probably around 110kg squat about 140kg(old knee injury) squat and dead lift hopefully above 180kg but it's since November that I last maxed and I need to work on my technique. I'm hoping to train next in a high volume 60%-80% zone
