Need help finding my product ID key for windows 7.

I bought a dell xps 15 l502x in early 2011. Recently I have been getting a blue screen which is preventing me from booting up. I am trying to get my product ID key for the windows 7. The only problem is the certificate of authentication on the bottom is illegible. I was wondering if there is any other way I can get it…
