Okay - so it's not the best colour, and some prefer the 2.4 version, but this is about half of what decent Dino Coupe's typically fetch in the EU. So how much hassle and VRT is involved in bringing in a classic from Switzerland? There's another red '67 in Germany for three grand more.

I guess it would be similar to importing a car from the U.S, The Isle of Man, Jersey etc (i.e. non-EU countries)....VRT + VAT to be paid. And 'Z' export plates to be organised (Standard Swiss licence plates are not meant to be exported with a vehicle).

Drove one of these for years (the 2.0 as opposed to the 2.4), I even took it to Le Mans 24hr. Had an absolute ball. Like you say, the colour wouldn't be my bag at all. Mine was Giallo Fly :-)
I prefer the dashboard in the 2.0 too.
