Well, any nutraceutical preparation always mention their manufacturing date and mention expiry date as “best before 18 months or they mention date” is known as expiry date.

I used 4 tubs of Reflex nutrition whey that was over 2 years out of best before..it was fine! Got it duuurt cheap too so i would def do it again

Unless the whey is lumpy or smells off the only thing is there'll be less protein per serving than there was when it was bought.
