VPN doesnt work on my HUAWEI Meteor b/b

Hi all For my job, I sometimes need to work from home so my company gave me VPN. Problem is that it wont work at home, it keeps saying that it is connecting and that's all - it will work on the bus, work in a café but not at home. I am not technically good but the b/b is quick. Hi all

For my job, I sometimes need to work from home so my company gave me VPN. Problem is that it wont work at home, it keeps saying that it is connecting and that's all - it will work on the bus, work in a café but not at home. I am not technically good but the b/b is quick. I also got IT to check it out and they say it is fine. sounds like it is my b/b that's the problem but its quick.

any suggestions?

Its not broadband.

Odds are the service or port is blocked on Meteors 3/4G network but Meteor claim its not. So it might be something to do with the Huawei device itself.

Probably on a carrier grade NAT situation or the Huawei unit doesnt support UPnP.

Your company IT should be able to diagnose this within a couple minutes.
