It depends on where you're going I suppose. I was in Monaghan and they have a had a major freeze for a week. Air temp was 4 this morning but ground and water are still frozen.

An absolutely terrific bait. They give off plenty of blood and can be refrozen and reused.

I'm heading there myself with the father tomorrow. Gonna try some other spots too there, I can always fall back on where you went for a guaranteed catch :P

Will probably have one bait and 2 spinners or vice versa. What were you using? Gonna head into the tackle shop now and pick up some gear.

I know a spot or two there which is free of weeds and good for a spinner but you need to be a good caster :P

I might head out to that other place if I'm successful here, need a successful day tomorrow to get a bit of motivation :)

Darn, no bait in shop, guess I'll pick up some mackerel in Tescos tomorrow morning or something.

DB how much look were you hacing the other day? Only have a few hours free tomorrow (~4 hours) so hopefully that''ll be enough to get something!
