    any medical requirements to take blood? can i set up my own test space without any accreditations for argument sake?

    A pinprick test is hardly ‘taking blood.’ :rolleyes:

    Have done this test with perfect pacing myself a couple of years back. I found it valuable - even though it more or less just confirmed the number I’d been working off based on race results. That confirmation in itself is valuable - it tells you your race results match your fitness/physiology. Added to that, the session contained a number of other valuable elements, such as form analysis, recommended drills, and even a free coffee!
