    Hi All,

Can someone recommend a good Sport Supplement Shop in Dublin. Live in Ballsbridge but work in town so I'm flexible enough. Appreciate any advise as to where has a good range and knowledgeable staff. Looking for Creatine and Beta Alanine in particular.

Last threads I could find on this were old so apologies if this has been asked alot

There's one on Aungier Street and Lwr Rathmines Rd, I think.

But you're better off getting them online to be honest. You'll save yourself a fortune.

    Thanks for that.
Any shops online that you would particulary recommend?

MyProtein, TheProteinWorks and BulkPowders are the three I have used. Very few any cheaper.

MyProtein usually has the best value but the January deals are knocking about so worth checking across them.

To give an example, a 500g pouch of flavoured creatine monohydrate will set you back €12.50 (delivery is free until the end of February).

In a shop, you'll pay closer to €20 for 250-300g.
