Derry - Coleraine Railway upgrade

Hopefully part of a wider redevelopment of the Derry-Belfast line. http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-northern-ireland-foyle-west-31015872 Long overdue upgrade to this line. Work will start in the summer.

It is not car vs train but bus vs train should be the comparison. Not every train passenger has the option of a car, but they do have the option of a bus.
