    Can anyone give me some names for any bikini/fitness coaches based in Dublin?

    Can't find any and I would like to compete in the next year.

    Prefer someone who holds posing classes as well. Thanks!

    OP I totally get why you might be more comfortable with a female coach but good bodybuilding coaches who really know their stuff in Ireland are very few and far between. Go with someone who had a proven track record of preparing guys and girls for shows, understands the judging criteria and have competed successfully at a high level themselves.
