Is the somewhere to report real mobile coverage

Is there something like ratemyisp for mobile? Does Comreg have something? Our estate and village have bad coverage with Vodafone, even though they report we have 3G you can barely get 2 bars. Is there somewhere to expose this false reporting?

You can use this to determine mobile mast coverage or issues/
