Waking Up With Sore Back

    Hi all,

Last while I seem to have been waking up with a sore back. Seems mostly lower but I can't be sure of the exact location as I feel it in the middle also.

I haven't been well the last while with colds and infections so maybe that's a factor?

I work in an office and I'd be sitting down all day.

However, I do go to the gym a lot (been off last couple of weeks due to being run down and sick), but usually I get 4-5 hours exercise in a week.

Any ideas? What's good for back stiffness/pain? I was thinking of maybe getting massage.

Could be a whole miriad of things effecting on your back. The fact your sitting for long periods of time could be a big influence. Go see a good physio/physical therapist and seen what they think
