I have a relative who has been told by doctors that his heart is only functioning at 20%.This is due to an enlarged heart.he was told two years ago that he had haemochromatosis and ignored it .He has been told he has muscle damage and an irregular heart beat.

My query is in relation to what if anything can be done He has also been told that they might be able to get it back to 40% not likely
