Omega 3/Cod liver oil?

    How important is it? I usually buy the normal big bottle and take that but the lady in the health shop recommended a bottle which is not even 250ml for over 20e. Probably too much to spend on it but I did.

    How important do you value taking them? Differing reports online as far as I can see

    I find that it had a huge effect on my skin. I think udos oil is amazing but it's very expensive. I usually get the cheaper one and take a high dose.
