    Hey Everyone. Just recently started brewing. From Ireland, ive brewed some stuff before,,,,but im on a mission to replicate BUCKFAST... and make it better!!!!!So im having a few difficulties if someone could help me out?

    Sodium and Potassium glycerophosphate !!!!! I want to understand this combination a bit more and try to locate a source of it without preservatives?

    Please! if anyone could help me out i would be VERY grateful.....
