    Hello All,
60+ minutes Body Rebuild – Total body massage, full body stretch and core session

Would anyone recommend this, I am thankfully not injured but have a few niggles in right calf and upper back just from increased mileage the past few weeks and my first sedentary office job that is a real eye opener with regard ts knock on effects to training and fitness.

Any time I go to a physio, I always get the usual three sessions on a specific area and that seems to be it.

I know the above mentioned is dear( ~100 euro) but as a preventative measure (which would surely pay off more in the long term) is it worthwhile from anyone who has tried it in the past.

I wouldn't view this as a long term fix, but just a bit of regular maintenance.

    Any thoughts welcome

Is that a once off session for 100 bills or is it a situation where you'll go in a few times and its 100 every time?
I dunno, personally I wouldnt spend 100 quid on that. If youre a member of a gym already then your best bet is to do some resistance training 3/4 days a week. That would strengthen everything up, stick to basic compound exercises like squats(above all do squats) and deadlifts, lots of core work aswell. Yoga too, it really does the job.
