performance clinic

Hi I was wondering if any one had used the performance clinic in Celbridge. From what I can see they seem to taylor fitness programmes for individuals, the monthly membership is 100 euro monthly, is this worth the cost. I definitely need personal training. There is a new b-active gym in celbridge too, 450 a year, not sure…

There is a new b-active gym in celbridge too, 450 a year, not sure if that is a better option. But I like the idea of the personal element in the other place.

Good luck trying to park outside b active in December
I think 450 a year is expensive considering they don't have a pool.
I havnt any reccomendations though
