    I'm on a beetroot kick at the mo..
    Juice, smoothies, salads, roasted... any and every way!

    Wondering do any boards members have any tips/recipes for using steams and leaves?!

    I've just been stirfrying them...

    I use them instead of chard or spinach - made a wonderful spanikopita type dish with them a few month back.
