Intermittent Fasting

    Just wondering has anybody ever tried the intermittent fasting? Was doing a bit of research the past few weeks and it is a diet which suits my weekly schedule and also my training goals. Was specifically looking at 16:8 Diet where you eat in an 8 hour window and then fast for 16 hours - sort of like the Wolverine Diet Hugh Jackman used to get ripped for the film.

    Would love to get peoples opinion on it. Thanks :)

    If you find it easy to stick to and it allows you to hit your macros, then fire ahead.

    If the fundamentals of good nutrition are in place, it shouldn't matter what protocol you use.

    Where people fall down is they try and stick to a protocol that they just find it too hard to stick to and it all fallls apart.
