anyone having an issue with Vodafone on Brandon square?
Can't offer advice on Brandon but Erris right beside it has mixed problems with ALL networks. I left Vodafone after 14 years with them as the service deteriorated drastically over the last few years. Even after doing a survey with neighbours and producing graphs for them (I kid you not) they still weren't bothered. Have moved to Meteor and while still not great I have service 80% of the time...versus at times 0% with Vodafone.

The further back into Brandon you go the further away from the VF mast you're going so don't lock yourself into a contract until you suss out your service is my advice.

All developments in Waterville have management companies. Fees vary in each development and are based on unit size.

Thanks so much for the info! Just trying to establish expectations for the area. Is that an monthly, quarterly or annual fee amount?

It looks like such a nice area, was afraid that it would have astronomical management fees.

I would say 98% owner occupied.
