Lads just looking for some advise, I have completed insanity just tere before christmas and although I felt great it was very tough doing it everyday with work etc. I normally am fairly fit go the gym and play a lot of golf.

Am looking for the next step so to speak and was thinking of P90X as it looks good even though its out a few years, I want to get toned & fit not looking to loose weight. but now i see this T25 on the market and this also looks good! I wont be doing these on a daily bases like I did with insanity maybe every second day as it was very intense everyday.

was thinking of doing P90X and when finished do the T25 to keep my fitness up.

Has anyone any experience in these 2 that could give me some general advice!
